FAQ's


 

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel a plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.

1. Receiving Payments

Customers can choose to pre-pay through the app with their credit card or pay in store on pickup. The order you receive from us will let you know if the order is “Paid” or “Unpaid”.

1a. Pay on pickup
Collect payment from the customer on pickup. Feed My Tum has zero order fees on in store payments.

1b. Pre-paid
If the customer has paid through the app using their credit card, a 2.9% transaction fee will apply. Credit card payments are collected by Feed My Tum and transferred into your bank account on a weekly basis (minus the credit card fee). 
If your store is using the Feed My Tum White Label solution you can choose to use your own payment gateway. In this case Feed My Tum’s credit card fees will not apply.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Feed My Tum is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive no matter how many users you have.

Is it free for my customers to use?

Yes. The app is free to download and there are no hidden user costs. Users only pay for what they're buying.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept PayPal or American Express. At this time we only accept credit card payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Can I use my own payment gateway?

Using your own payment gateway is possible on our White Label plans only.
